We are based in Hastings but happy serve our authentic Napoli style pizza anywhere in London and the South East.
We cater for all types of weddings, markets, festivals, parties and corporate events.
Our pizza is made according to strict italian traditions using only the finest Italian and British ingredients. The dough is made fresh with Caputo flour using a long, slow, natural fermentation technique (similar to sourdough) resulting in a tastier, lighter and healthier pizza.

What type of pizza do you do? We make traditional Napoli style pizza. It's thin and soft in the middle and has a crispy yet airy crust thats slightly charred for that authentic wood fired flavour.

Is it homemade? Yes! We make our own dough and sauces from scratch every day.

What size are the pizzas? Aprox 12 inch, but they are hand stretched according to old Napoletanian pizza traditions so size can vary slightly but thats all part of the rustic charm.

How do I book? Email us your dates and requirements and we will come back to you with a quote and our availability.

How to secure a booking? We ask for a small deposit once a date has been agreed.

How many do you cater for? Between 20 and 200 people

Do you do other pizzas? We are open to suggestions and special requests

Do you spin the dough in the air? No, serious pizzachefs dont do that.

Do you do pizza with pineapple, prawns and cheap peperoni? No. We love and respect the strict Italian pizza traditions.

Can I try the pizza before i book you? Yes you can come and say hi at one of our regular gigs in East Sussex.

Do you sell drinks? Due to limited space we don't sell drinks.

Do you do glunfree pizza? No, but for guests with a genuine gluten allergie we can offer a delicious alternative italian dish.

Do you do pizza making classes and training? Yes by special arrangement.
We make real, authentic, Napoli style pizza. Our chef grew up in Italy and has trained with Italian pizza chefs and we frequently travel there for inspiration and culinary adventures.
We make our own dough from scratch according to strict Italian traditions. Its slowly proven for a minimum of 24 hours for a lighter and tastier pizza. Many pizzavans use frozen industrial dough balls.
Our tomato sauce is made fresh using the finest DOP San Marzano tomatoes form Naples.
We use real mozzarella. Not cheap, industrial cheese mixes.
We use high quality italian salami, no "plastic" pepperoni on our pizza.
Our pizzas are gently hand stretched to order.

We have super tasty vegan and vegetarian pizzas.
We’re a friendly bunch, we’re fully insured and have a 5 star hygiene rating.
We use local sustainable wood.
Our pizzas cook in just 60-80 seconds at well over 400c
